Hello all... I've already sent this issue to Microsoft, but I was wondering if anyone has had the same issue and if so, has anyone been able to resolve it?
Basically we have a Dell D610 w/ ATI X300 Card... when we use Vista outside our docking stations, it works fine... but now, if we plug it into the docking station the monitor will go into Power Save Mode before the Ctrl-Alt-Del screen get's a chance to show up. And there is nothing we can do to wake it... we've tried different things like, changing from DVI to Analog, changing power settings, going into Safe Mode, trying new video drivers, installing Dell NSS, even installing Vista on another laptop with same configuration (and same results). But nothing seems to resolve the issue...
Has anyone encountered this? And possibly resloved it...

Dell D610 External Video Issue

I have a D610 with Vista 32bit Business Edition. Running dual monitors with a ATI X300 card. (Any Vista Driver has the same effect)
I am unable to do anything besides power down. I am forced to boot into safe mode and delete drivers then boot into normal mode and reinstall the drivers to get my video back to dual screen in the port replicator. If I undock the laptop video works fine on lid LCD.
What's interesting is that the DVI monitor will stay on with a green light (signal found) but the analog with stay on with an Amber light (no signal found). Any ideas to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.
